1. COMPRO 303 Welding Machine Control Unit Microprocessor based welding machine and resistance welding Control unit developed for Mistas corp. between 1992-1994. Used at OYAK RENAULT, TOFAŞ and OPEL otomotive. Constant current control between 3000-60000 Amper (around 1300 °C, Approx. 50 miliohm).
2. COMPRO 304 Welding Machine Control Unit Upgrade of the Compro 303 control unit. Developed for Mistas Between 1994-1995. Used at TOFAŞ otomotive.
3. WMM&MS Welding Machine Management&Monitoring System Networking of Compro 304 control units for central administration Using the RS-485 industrial network. Both hardware and software were developed for Mistas between 1995-1996.
4. Glucose and Cholesterol (For Blood) Measurement Microprocessor based sugar and cholesterol measurement module. Although the project was completed, it was not mass produced due to Turkey`s living conditions. 1995
5. Watchman Monitoring System Development of hardware and software for Dallas Touch Memories in order to establish a Watchman monitoring system. 1995-1996.
6. Home Computing In order to control electrical house properties over a telephone line. It is possible to control all the house gizmos and goods which are working with electric line and to set a timer for each instrument. By means of secretary system in this module it is possible to guide the user. (PIR, GAS sensors, Burglar alarm the house gizmos with RS485 Network) Developed for DemirDöküm INC (DOĞAN HOLDING CO.). 1998-1999.
7. Automated Information Systems Development and Support Officer at the Turkish General Staff Involved in the development of a military project using Delphi C/S. Both hardware and software support were given for IBM PC`s including MS Office, Windows for Workgroups (on an ethernet LAN hosted by Windows NT servers) and ethernet network cards. January 1997 -
8. Establishment of an INTRANET at the Turkish General Staff An intranet based on WINDOWS NT servers was established for the Automated Information Systems Development and Support Branch of the Turkish General Staff. June 1997
9. Telemetry/Scada Systems. It was designed for receiving data via wireless system by using Packet Modem (1200Baud) and Motorola PD080. In this project, it was obtained datum of temperature, air pressure and rate of humidity. As a result of this project, depending on the datum different controls could be arranged by wireless. Junary 1999.
10. Medical Camera Design It was designed for capture video imaging based on CCD sensor for medical application. Sony Chipset, CXD3123, CXD3142 based. 320Kpixel-720Kpixel range, composite and YUV 10bit resolution analog output,PAL/NTSC. 11. 100Mbit TCP/IP Ethernet based, industrial computer design compatible with ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),MRP2 (Manufacturing Resource Planning). Designed for very noisy industrial environment for online data management for ERP/MRP2 systems. Controlling and managing the Industrial Machines on based internet were some of the functions this unit. Also this system measures the performance and values of the industrial machines outputs with using some sensors like loadcell, thermocouple, Optical rotary encoder, barcode scanner, digital and analog inputs. Can be used for a remote label printer which is connected to its serial port.
