I developed this project for the faculty of agriculture at Uludag University.

It is necessary for measurement of soil hardness and ploughing of soil before sowing. For example, hard soil is necessary for short-rooted plants but not for short-rooted. It is useful to measure to hardness of soil to take good product end of the season.

Briefly, It works like this. A penetrometre sticks into the ground and meantime the reaction on the penetrometre measures the hardness depending on the depth of ground. It is easy to use with its windows program. After measurement all data can be transferred to Excel.
