W3MS Welding Machine Management & Monitoring System

     Networking of Compro 304 control units for central management. Using the RS-485 industrial network. Both hardware and software were developed for Mistas between 1995-1996.

     ComPro304 has a network communication web which is designed for itself. This communication phase named WMMS (Welding Management & Monitöring System). WMMS has ComPro304â series welding control unit , RS485 communication system and PC connection.

     WMMS can change welding parameters, welding report, faulty welding times, and set lifetime of Electrode and keep changes before welding and after welding. Received data can be kept as a table and can be sent as an EXCEL file. For example, it provides a document for quality control and productivity analysis.

     WMMS provides communication from 4 independent channels. Each channel has replaced to watch 32 welding control units.

     The replacements of 128 control units is provided by control unit addressing.

     ComPro304 has a network communication card as a difference. this card provides a communication to Central computer via WMMS.

     If ComPro304 WMMS is connected to system and network address is right network communication can be connected. Its running time can be reached with F3 and F4. If network address is right it can be changed with using UpKey and it is changed with "Evet". Therefore ComPro304 was included to network.If there is no any network card in ComPro304 or when it is not working it is changed with "Evet" and it indicates and error-warning (Hata 31). Writing Network addresses is provided by F4,F3,F4. and that moment you can see number of network on display. New number can increase with UpKey or decrease with DownKey. Network number can be minimum 1 or max. 32. It is possible increasing to 1 from 32 or decreasing to 32 from 1.
